Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • New Zealand

  • Ireland

Estimated Delivery Times

Total estimated delivery time from order placement to delivery is 3–5 business days.

This includes:

  • 1 business day for order processing

  • 3–5 business days for shipping after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $4.99 USD per order.

Orders containing 2 or more items qualify for free shipping to all supported destinations.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

LIOR is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available and update within the carrier's tracking system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@shoplior.com.

We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

LIOR is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or modify the delivery address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
