30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or prolonged contact with skin.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Items without original packaging

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items, where permitted by law

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping costs only when:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was received

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@shoplior.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Jewelry Materials & Natural Wear

LIOR jewelry is crafted using gold-plated or silver-plated stainless steel.

Please note that plating may naturally fade over time due to:

  • Regular wear

  • Exposure to water

  • Sweat

  • Perfume

  • Lotions

  • Chemicals

  • Environmental conditions

This natural wear is not considered a manufacturing defect and does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or return.

We recommend following our Jewelry Care Instructions to maximize the lifespan of your jewelry.

If you have known sensitivities or allergies to certain metals, please review product materials carefully before purchasing. Returns cannot be accepted for skin reactions caused by individual sensitivities.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

This right exists in addition to any other rights available under applicable law.

Australia & New Zealand Consumer Rights

Customers located in Australia and New Zealand may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws, including:

  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

  • New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks, credit card providers, and payment processors may require additional time to process and post the refund.
