Will it fit my ankle?
The Arc is adjustable and fits ankles from about 8 to 11 inches (20 to 28 cm). To check, wrap a piece of string around your ankle just above the ankle bone and measure it. Between 8 and 11 inches, it will fit.
How long does delivery take?
7 to 11 business days to the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and 8 to 15 business days everywhere else. That includes 1 business day to pack your order. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free on 2 or more pieces, and duties are always included.
How do I put it on?
Point your toes and slide it over your foot, opening it a little as you go. It's made from softened stainless steel, so it bends without breaking. Once it's at your ankle, gently squeeze it to the fit you like, snug or a little loose.
Will it tarnish? Can I shower or swim in it?
It's made to be worn every day: in the shower, through a workout and in the sea. The non-tarnish finish is built for it. To keep the shine longest, put perfume and lotion on before you put it on, and give it a quick rinse after chlorine or salt water. And it's covered by our promise for 12 months.
